• Care Preferences: Specific needs, preferences for caregivers, dietary preferences, etc.

3. Consent for Communication

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receiving communication from us regarding your care via the platform’s messaging system, email, or phone.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable privacy laws (including the UIDAI Act and data protection regulations) to safeguard your personal and health data.

5. Emergency Medical Situations

In the case of an emergency, we may share your information with medical personnel or emergency contacts.

6. Third-Party Services

7. Aadhaar Number and Identity Verification

You consent to the collection of your Aadhaar number for identity verification purposes only. Your Aadhaar number will be securely stored and used strictly in compliance with the UIDAI regulations.

8. Caregiver Background Checks

We conduct background checks on all caregivers to ensure they are qualified and trustworthy. By agreeing, you consent to these checks.

9. Payment Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that there may be associated charges. You agree to the payment terms outlined separately.

10. Right to Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions. We will notify you of any changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Liability and Limitations

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that occur outside of the scope of our services or due to actions outside of our control, such as third-party actions, emergencies, or natural disasters.

12. Acknowledgment and Consent

One must agree to the terms and condition while confirming the booking on to the platform. During the booking journey, by clicking “I Agree” below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consent to the terms outlined above. You also consent to the collection and use of your Aadhaar number for identity verification as part of the booking agreement.
